We’ve seen the ads. We know the brand HRX. It is bollywood hotshot Hrithik Roshan’s chain of clothing. Based on a complaint by a Chennai man who is a stockist by profession, the police has field a cheating case against teh bollywood actor.

R Muralidharan is the complainant who was appointed by HRX to merchandise its products. According to him, Hrithik Roshan and eight others conspired to dupe him of Rs.21 lakhs by not supplying products regularly. He also alleged that Roshan did not pay up when unsold products were sent back to him. Combining this with godown rent and employee salaries, the due stands at Rs.21 lakhs.

Kodungaiyur police have registered a case against Hrithik Roshan under dection 420(cheating and dishonesty ) under the Indian Penal Code.
