Director Cheran, known for his clean entertainers relevant to the society and filled with emotions like Bharathi Kannamma, Porkalam, Vetri Kodi Kattu, Autograph, Thavamai thavaimirundhu and Pokkisham had been on a sabbatical post the C2H release of his last venture JK Enum Nanbanin Vaazhkai.

The director is all set to make a return with his upcoming movie, Thirumanam Sila Thiruthangaludan, starring Umapathy Ramaiah, Kavya Suresh, MS Baskar, Thambi Ramaiah, Sukanya and Jayaprakash, besides Cheran himself in a pivotal role. The movie has music by Siddharth Vipin.

After the good response to the trailer, which indicated the return of Cheran with his brand family entertainment, here's the latest update on the movie. Thirumanam has been censored a clean U, and director Cheran who took it to Twitter to announce the same, revealed that there are no cuts in the movie. Thirumanam is expected to hit screens by end of February.
