Charmme has moved the Hon'ble High Court in Hyderabad, complaining that a blood sample of her was collected by investigating authorities against her will in connection with the ongoing probe into the drugs case.

In a petition filed with the Court, her lawyer has said that his client's blood, hair and nail samples were examined even though she did not voluntarily give them. This violates Articles 20(3) and 22(1), the petition says.

It's against the Fundamental Right of a citizen to make him or her a witness against oneself.

Remember that Puri Jagannadh gave the samples voluntarily.
