It was a rare gesture by a star when he paid a visit to a big fan in hospital. Ram Charan went all the way to Secunderabad's Vijaya Healthcare to wish get-well-soon to Noor Mohammed, a 'veera' Megastar fan, who is getting treated there.

Noor Mohammed is the City President of Chiranjeevi Fans Association. At 8:45 a.m. today, Cherry took time out of his busy schedule to go to the hospital. "In spite of a very busy 'Dhruva' schedule, Charan rushed to the hospital to convey his support to Noor and family. He spent time with them and also promised to bear the entire medical expenses of Noor. Once again, this proves how Mega heroes are emotionally attached to their fans", Akhila Bharatha Chiranjeevi Yuvatha said in a statement.

The organization has expressed kudos to Charan for the gesture.
