Apoorva Lakhia has always maintained that Zanjeer's official remake cannot be possible without Amitabh Bacchan’s blessings. Well, he has stated that he will seek the approval of Salim and Javed too.

A latest development on the front of this film is that Big B is very likely to appear for a cameo. If everything goes well, we will see the Megastar together with Mega Power Star!

Meanwhile, Salim and Javed are planning to demand royalty before they can give the nod. If the duo draw the battle to the court (which is very likely), the film may not be launched on April 11 as planned.
