Only yesterday, actor and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan said that he doesn't mind the hatred he receives from time to time. He even quoted Gautama Buddha and said that he counts on the love people shower on him rather than the hatred of a few.

Ironically, he was moments later sought to be insulted by an unidentified man during a rally in Kothagudem. The man flung a chappal at Power Star. Pawan didn't take it seriously and continued to greet the people around him.

It's not uncommon for politicians from non-traditional parties to receive such treatment from some elements. Megastar Chiranjeevi did face such situations in 2008-09. In all likelihood, Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan, too, will have to undergo such insults.
