A horror cum musical love story with a dose of traditional system of Guru Shishya' in it Chandrika' produced by V Asha is releasing on 24th of this month and a day later the Telugu version is releasing in Andhra Pradesh.
Yogish makes debut as director and he has struggled hard in all aspects of shaping up the film. The film featuring JK alias Jayaram Karthik, Dr Girish Karnad, Kamana Jethmalani and Srimukhi in the lead roles has melodious music from debutant Gunavanth. The graphics of this film is another value addition.
Yogish shot for the film in Madikeri, Sakaleshpur, Mysuru and Bengaluru. The handsome guy JK plays the role of a artistic painter. He has a stalwart Guru played by Dr Girish Karnad. The art gallery cum house he purchases as tribute later transform in to several ups and downs in his life.
At the pre release meet the pregnant Kamana Jethmalani was present to the promotional meet of her film. It is the role of Kamana transform to Chandrika in a thrilling style. Chandrakala Mohan, MLA Narendra Babu are in prominent roles. There are four songs from Gunavanth.
