'Chanaksha' nearing completion

Director Ha.Su.Rajasekhar's 19th Kannada film 'Chanaksha' has completed 80 percent of shooting. 'Chanaksha' is a family entertainer mixed with action, sentiments, music and comedy. Usha Uthup the national acclaimed singer has sung a song in Kannada that highlight the pride of Karnataka. In addition to it another song on Kannada language is also there in the film. Three of the songs shot for 'Chanaksha' were screened at the media briefing at Green House restaurant on Saturday evening by producer Channaveera Raju. S.P.Chandrakanth has scored music for five songs. Geethapriya, Kaviraj, Sairanga and Ramanarayan have penned the lyrics for the film.
The climax, two songs have to be completed for this 'Chanaksha' starring Sacheen and Nikitha in the lead roles. Sacheen after a debacle of 'Encounter Dayanayak' is struggling hard to find a foothold in Kannada cinema. He remembered the eight months hard work for this film 'Chanaksha'. Dance director Madan Harini recalled the tough task taken up actor Sacheen to dance to her steps for the songs.
