‘Chalo’ gets a new release date

'Chalo', starring Naga Shourya in the main role, will hit the screens on Feb 2.  This will be his first release in that month.  A week later, 'Kanam' will release in Telugu and Tamil.

"The film is currently in post-production phase.  After completing this at a fast pace, our film will arrive in theatres," the makers say.

Director Venky Kudumula says, "We thank the audience for the response to the First Look, Teaser and one single.  Mahathi Sagar's music is amazing.  They are being re-recorded now.  With his BGM, he has taken the movie to another level.  Sai Sriram's cinematography has come out really well.  You will see Naga Shourya in a very energetic performance.  Rashmika Mandanna, the female lead, is fabulous and her chemistry with the hero is a high point."

Naga Shourya said, "I thank media people for the encouragement they have always given me.  Venky Kudumula has got a clarity of vision.  He is sure to become a big director in future.  Our film has the potential to entertain all sections of audiences."

The makers are confident that 'Chalo' will garner the highest openings in the hero's career.

Naresh, Posani, Raghu Babu, Vennela Kishore, Mime Gopi, Praveen, Sathya, Viva Harsha, Venu Gopala Rao, Metta Rajendran, Pragathi, Swapni, Sudarshan, Jeeva and others are part of the cast.

Music is by Mahathi Sagar.  The cinematography is by Sai Sriram.  Lyrics are by Bhaskara Bhatla and Kasarla Shyam.  Dance choreography is by Raghu and Vijay.  Fights are by Venkat.  Art direction is by Ram Arasavilli.  Editing is by Kotagiri Venkateshwara Rao and Tammiraju.  Usha Mulpoori has produced the movie.
