Naga Chaitanya and his wife Samantha Akkineni will be doing a film in the direction of Shiva Nirvana of 'Ninnu Kori' fame. The same was formally launched on Monday morning. Akkineni Nagarjuna graced the launch event as chief guest. He handed over the script to the makers of the film on this occasion.

The makers today revealed that Divyansha Kaushik has been roped in to play the rom-com's second female lead. Srinivas Avasarala, Rao Ramesh and Posani Krishna Murali will be seen in key supporting roles.

"The regular shooting will begin from mid-August," the makers said on the occasion.

Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi will produce it under their home banner, Shine Screens. Gopi Sunder, whose tunes for the director's first film were a big hit, is the music director.

Also featuring Sathru and Rajasri Nair, the untitled flick will have cinematography by Vishnu Sarma. Production Designing is by Sahi Suresh. Editing is by Prawin Pudi. Laxman Musuluri will co-direct the entertainer.
