A year after Celine Dion's diagnosis with stiff-person syndrome, her sister Claudette shared updates on the singer's condition. While muscle control challenges persist, hope for a stage return flickers amidst recovery efforts.

"She can't control her muscles," Claudette revealed, her voice heavy with concern. "But Celine's a fighter. We dream of her on stage again, though how that unfolds, we don't know."

Stiff-person syndrome, marked by painful spasms and stiffness, forced Celine to cancel her world tour last May. "Disappointment" and "heartbreak" filled her announcement, but prioritizing her health remained paramount.

Claudette described Celine's focus on recovery, supported by doctors and her sister Linda at her Las Vegas home. Despite prioritizing rest, moments like a recent hockey game with her sons brought joy. Celine, René-Charles, Nelson, and Eddy cheered on the Montreal Canadiens, creating a heartwarming family outing.

A video captured the encounter, Celine beaming as she met the team's coach. "Such an honor," she said, her voice echoing hope despite the challenges.

Celine's journey with stiff-person syndrome is one of resilience and strength. While the path to the stage remains uncertain, the flickering flame of hope burns bright, fueled by family, recovery, and the spirit of a musical legend.
