The raging controversy regarding Lalisom's performance at the national games is now the talk of the town. Sources close to the actor reveals that he is hurt and saddened by the character assassination 'by some sections of the media and in the social media.
But the actor is receiving some solid support from his contemporaries in tinsel town, and many have lambasted the kind of response that is coming Mohanlal's way.
Actor Mammootty made a pointed remark regarding this and has asked everyone to stop targeting Mohanlal. Many others including directors B.Unnikrishnan, Lal Jose and Major Ravi are appalled by the thrashing that the actor is receiving from all sides. Actors Joy Mathew, Meera Nandan, Pearle Maaney etc too have voiced their support for the actor.
