Megastar Chiranjeevi, a dedicated supporter of Janasena Party leader Pawan Kalyan, is scheduled to grace the swearing-in ceremony of Chandrababu Naidu as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh tomorrow.
Over the past five years, Chiranjeevi has been instrumental in bolstering Janasena's campaign efforts, including a notable contribution of Rs. 5 crore prior to the elections. The alliance's impressive victory has led to celebrations among Chiranjeevi and his family.
Chandrababu Naidu has personally extended an invitation to Chiranjeevi, designating him as a special state guest for the occasion. Chiranjeevi is anticipated to depart for Amaravati today and will be seated prominently during the ceremony. It is possible that he will be joined by his son, Ram Charan. The event will also see the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and promises to be a grand affair.
Chiranjeevi is set to travel to Vijayawada this evening at 5 PM on a dedicated flight. His fans are thrilled at the prospect of their idol's involvement in this momentous event, underscoring the deep connection between the Mega family and Andhra Pradesh's political scene.
Earlier today, Pawan Kalyan, the JSP chief, officially nominated Chandrababu Naidu for Chief Minister at a legislative meeting. The nomination received unanimous support from both JSP and TDP MLAs.
Following the announcement, Pawan Kalyan delivered an emotional address about Chandrababu, praising his determination and foresight. "Chandrababu garu is a man of confidence and vision. I have witnessed his trials in jail and his struggles. I promised them brighter days ahead, and those days have arrived. I extend my heartfelt wishes to Chandrababu garu," Pawan expressed with genuine emotion.
Chandrababu's reaction was visibly moved, reflecting the profound respect and friendship shared with Pawan Kalyan. This heartfelt exchange has resonated widely on social media, highlighting their united path to success.
The alliance's victory marks a pivotal change in Andhra Pradesh's political dynamics and heralds a new chapter under Chandrababu Naidu's leadership, with steadfast support from Pawan Kalyan.
Preparations are underway by AP government officials for the event, with invitations being dispatched. In this regard, it has been reported that PM Modi will attend Chandrababu Naidu's swearing-in ceremony. Notably, despite TDP's affiliation with NDA, Modi did not attend CBNâs swearing-in in 2014 but will be present this time. Union Home Minister Amit Shah is also expected to be at the ceremony.
