Caution! Covid-19 hospitals in Hyderabad are getting full

What is the status of the healthcare system in Hyderabad? As per media reports as well as anecdotal evidence, it's really a worrisome scenario out there.
Earlier this week, The Hindu reported that COVID-19 isolation beds are fully occupied in at least 11 out of the 23 corporate and private hospitals in and around the capital city. These 23 hospitals are the only ones that have been notified by the government to possess isolation wards. As of June 22, at least six of them were not admitting coronavirus patients and only one of them had beds readily available. The progress on this front seems to be somewhat of a disappointment. Ideally, they should have been working at full capacity right from the beginning.
A few social media users have suggested that hospitals are already operating at their fullest capacity and thus are not able to admit new patients. This is happening at a time when the test positivity rate is 15.5% in Telangana. The fatality rate is 2.5%.
Officials are claiming that the Gandhi Hospital has not yet run out of capacity.
It's advised that people shouldn't step out unless it's essential. Wearing face masks and maintaining social distancing is now more important than in the past.
