Catherine Tresa Joins ‘Sigma’ for a High-Energy Dance Number With Sundeep Kishan

Catherine Tresa is all set to bring her trademark elegance and screen presence to Lyca Productions’ upcoming action-adventure comedy Sigma. The actress has been roped in for a vibrant dance number alongside lead actor Sundeep Kishan, adding star power and excitement to the film’s musical landscape.

Composed by S Thaman—renowned for his electrifying soundtracks—the song is said to be a foot-tapping highlight of the movie. Shot on an expansive and colourful set, the track features Catherine and Sundeep delivering high-energy choreography that promises to set the screen ablaze.

Mounted on a grand scale by producer Subaskaran’s Lyca Productions, Sigma is directed by Jason Sanjay and is nearing the completion of its shoot. The film stars Sundeep Kishan in a never-before-seen action avatar, with a rugged and intense first-look poster already creating strong anticipation. The story follows a maverick protagonist—the true Sigma—who carves his own path amid a treasure hunt filled with mystery, wit, and adrenaline.

The cast includes Faria Abdullah, Raju Sundaram, Anbu Thasan, Yog Japee, Sampath Raj, Kiran Konda, and Magalakshmi Sudharsanan, along with several surprise cameos. With its scale, ambition, and youthful spirit, the film promises a fresh blend of action, adventure, humour, and heart.

Key technicians on board include cinematographer Krishnan Vasant, editor Praveen K.L., and art director Benjamin M. Shot in Tamil and Telugu, the multilingual project spans diverse landscapes—from the bustling streets of Chennai and rugged terrains of Salem to the lush Thalakona forests and stunning locations in Thailand.

Post-production work is progressing in parallel, and Sigma is gearing up for a summer 2026 release.
