The petitioner is identified as Raja Murugan who filed a petition in Madurai High Court to take action against Lokesh Kanagaraj. The petition says that Lokesh's recent movie 'Leo' contains scenes which mislead the people.

Raja Murugan mentioned that the scenes depict riots, illegal activities, over-speeding of vehicles, and crimes committed with the help of police. He claimed that these portrayals are not good for society. He added that the censor board should properly censor such films. The petitioner also sought Rs 1000 as compensation for watching the Leo film.

Raja Murugan said in his petition that Lokesh Kanagaraj Kanagaraj should be properly psychologically examined and a case should be registered against him because he continues to shoot violent scenes. This has caused a stir in the film industry. Meanwhile, Lokesh Kanagaraj is all set to direct Superstar Rajinikanth in 'Thalaivar 171' this year.
