Shanmuga Pandian, son of veteran actor Captain Vijayakanth, is making strides in Tamil cinema as an emerging actor. After wrapping up his role in the upcoming action film 'Padai Thalaivan', he has now joined hands with director Ponram, known for his successful films like 'Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam' and 'Rajini Murugan', for his next venture.

The untitled film officially commenced with a pooja ceremony at a temple yesterday, marking the beginning of the shoot. The movie will feature veteran actor Sarathkumar in a pivotal role, with Kaali Venkat and Kalki Raja in supporting roles. The music for the film will be composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, with Yugabharathi and Snekan contributing as lyricists.

The technical team for this project includes cinematographer Balasubramaniem, art director Saravana Abiraman, and editor Dinesh Ponraj. The film is being produced by Star Cinemas.
