During this coronavirus pandemic, on one side we see people respecting sanitary workers by garlanding them and numerous volunteers feeding the homeless and the animals on the streets. On the other side there are people who refuse to allow the burial of coronavirus patients even if the dead body is that of a doctor who died saving lives. Earlier a couple of weeks back Ambattur residents objected to the burial of a doctor from Andhra who died on duty and similarly yesterday the Anna Nagar residents refused to allow the burial of DR. Simon Hercules who succumbed to the virus.
Captain Vijayakanth has made the announcement that he would give place to rest the mortal remains of people dying from the COVID 19 at the premises of his Andaal Azhagar College situated in the outskirts of Chennai. Even though fighting his own health battles, Vijayakanth is once again proving what a real-life hero he is and he is not known as the Puratchi Kalaigniar for namesake is he?.
