News has gone out that Prabhas will be carrying out the 'Ravana Dahanam' practice at the Ramlila in Delhi on October 5. The Lav Kush Ramlila Committee from the national capital today confirmed the same officially.
However, there are doubts whether the 'Baahubali' star will be making it to the auspicious occasion. He is facing a setback on the personal front since he lost his uncle Krishnam Raju the other day.
Also, it has to be seen whether the 'Radhe Shyam' actor can participate in the festival from the perspective of ritual rules. As per Hindu customs, a lot of festival-related rituals can't be done by the relatives of a dead person for a year.
Krishnam Raju's funeral rites were held on Monday. It's reported that the 'Adipurush' actor appeared visibly distraught and heartbroken. His industry colleagues (right from Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan, Allu Arjun, Mahesh Babu, Jr NTR, Vijay Deverakonda and Nani) paid last respects to Raju on Sunday. A video clip in which Prabhas was seen wiping tears on his face moved his fans.
