Vivek is keeping fingers crossed. Why wouldn't he?

For, his hour reckoning is well and truly on. The film that is starring him as the hero is completed and ready for release.

Solli Adippen is slated for release next month. Produced by Krishnakanth who made Vikram-starrer King and Dhanush-starrer Thiruda Thirudi, this is Vivek's major gamble.

Not many comedians have had success as a hero. Only Nagesh, and that too in the times of black and white, had been accepted as a hero.

But Vivek hopes to ride on the unprecedented popularity that he has been enjoying among the masses these days.

Vivek's faith is already vindicate as reports have it that he may be playing the hero in yet another Tamil film with Malavika as the heroine.

Solli Adippen has Chaya Singh playing Vivek's ladylove. SAC Ramki directs the movie. Ashish Vidyarthy, Delhi Ganesh, Chinny Jayanth and Tejashree are in the cast.

If the film fails, nobody will remember the cast. It will be all Vivek's.
