In a shocking revelation, it has come to notice that the owner of a ladies hostel in Mumbai had installed secret cameras at rest-rooms (bathroom and toilet) in Mumbai and had been taking photographs and filming videos of the in-mates (girls).

The incident, reminiscent of a similar incident which came to light at a Adambakkam Ladies Hostel in Chennai a few months back, has shocked Mumbaiites to the core. The ever-bustling city of Mumbai has always remained a haven for job-seeking youths (men and women) who flock to the Metropolis from various parts of Maharashtra as well as from surrounding and neighboring States.

The warden of the said hostel, located at Girgaon, was first spotted by an in-mate who accidentally bumped on it. She alerted her friends at the Hospital who approached the G.P. Marg Police Station from where police swung into action immediately. A casual inspection of the hostel revealed many hidden cameras in women’s rest-rooms and change-rooms.

Watchman and owner of the Hostel were arrested and the Hostel was sealed at once. Police, who have detained the erring duo, have also recovered many photos/videos of girls caught on camera. Further investigator is on.
