Byomkesh Bakshy joins CID team to solve a case!

The upcoming episode of CID will see Bollywood heartthrob Sushant Singh Rajput join the cast of CID as he dons the hat of ace 'Detective Byomkesh Bakshy'.

The story will mainly revolve around two cases - one based in Mumbai and the other in Bengal. It will so happen that a mysterious woman called Naina is being stalked by strangers. However, on her birthday, the stalker and Naina's husband are murdered! On the other hand, in a Bengali town a wealthy elderly man, Bhaudralok, who is expecting the arrival of his nephew Byomkesh Bakshi dies of a heart attack. While the CID cops immediately get on Naina's case, Byomkesh decides to get to the root of his uncle's untimely demise. On further investigation, the CID cops unearth certain information about Naina that leads them to connect the link to Bhaudralok's death. As it becomes clear, that the two cases are interlinked, CID cops and Byomkesh Bakshi come together to unravel the mystery!
