Samantha Ruth Prabhu is going to shoot for a special song opposite Allu Arjun. The superstars will be dancing their way to glory for the Sukumar-directed 'Pushpa'. While the film will hit the screens on December 17, the big-ticket song, which is composed by Devi Sri Prasad, will be shot next week.

The buzz in the industry is that the 'Rangasthalam' actress has been paid an astronomical figure for the song. Since it is her first such song in her illustrious career, the 'Oh! Baby' actress was offered more than what she might have expected.

It's learned that Sam has pocketed a mighty Rs 1.5 Cr, thanks to Mythri Movie Makers not batting an eyelid despite the heavy costs involved. Producers Y Ravi Shankar and Naveen Yerneni know the significance of the dance number and they didn't mind going out of their way to pay Sam massive remuneration.

Sam accepted the offer not only because of the team (especially Allu Arjun and Sukumar) but also owing to the irresistible amount that came her way.

The film has Rashmika Mandanna romancing Bunny. Sunil, Fahadh Faasil, Anasuya Bharadwaj and Dhanunjay have other parts.
