Sai Pallavi may be in for a grand, epic Bollywood debut. As per rumours, the 'Fidaa' actress has been cast as Sita Devi in a movie based on the Ramayana. 'Brahmastra' star Ranbir Kapoor is going to play Lord Rama in the epic mythological movie.

The gossip is that Deepika Padukone and Kareena Kapoor were mooted for the coveted role. Due to whatever reason, the role has embraced the 'Love Story' actress.

If the gossip is true, the 'Gargi' and 'Virata Parvam' actress is up for something spectacular in 2023. It will also bode ill for Kriti Sanon, whose performance as Sita in Prabhas' 'Adipurush' will be put to excessive comparative criticism.
