For years, it has been mentioned in news reports that Kajal Aggarwal is the first heroine of 'Acharya'. She was also seen in the film's first song to come out, 'Laahe Laahe'. Shockingly, the pretty woman was not seen in the film's trailer even for a second. That was a red flag. Yesterday, in an interview, Ram Charan said that he doesn't know anything about the length of Kajal's role for the reason that he didn't shoot with her. That was another red flag.

Kajal is 100% absent in 'Acharya'. Director Koratala Siva is said to have conveyed to a TV channel that her scenes were stamped out in the final edit because the narrative flow was getting affected. So, Chiranjeevi's character won't have a love track in the film.

This means that Pooja Hegde is the film's sole heroine. She is paired up with Ram Charan, who has played a non-violent, spiritual youngster named Siddha.

'Acharya', whose music is by Mani Sharma, will hit the screens on April 29. Niranjan Reddy executed the project for himself and on Ram Charan's behalf. They both are its producers.
