Om Raut-directed 'Adipurush' is in the post-production phase. The mythological epic action film, starring Prabhas as Lord Rama, is going to hit the screens on 12th January, 2023.

The news is that the movie has reportedly landed Indian cinema's greatest digital deal ever. Netflix is said to have bought the film's digital rights across languages by shelling out Rs 250 Cr.

If the news is true, it is safe to assume that 'Adipurush' is turning out to be one of the most profitable ventures in the making.

Kriti Sanon has played Sita in the movie. Saif Ali Khan will be seen as Ravana in the movie. Sachet and Parampara Tandon of 'Kabir Singh' fame have been roped in for the prestigious pan-India venture. The VFX-heavy movie is produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar of T-Series, besides Om Raut, Prasad Sutar and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles.

Meanwhile, Prabhas is going to be seen as the chief guest at the pre-release event of 'Sita Ramam', to be held on Wednesday evening in Hyderabad.
