'Butterfly' is an upcoming thriller touted to be a rollercoaster ride of emotions. Its teaser asks us not to believe in the brain or eyes but in the butterfly. Does the film talk about the phenomenon of the Butterfly Effect in the sphere of a crime thriller? We have to wait and watch.

Starring Anupama Parameswaran, who was recently seen in 'Rowdy Boys', in the central role, the thriller has Nihal Kodhaty and yesteryear actress Bhumika Chawla in other pivotal roles. Director Ghanta Satish Babu has written its story and screenplay.

Produced by Gen’nexT Movies of 'Mantra' fame, the film is coming from bankrollers Ravi Prakash Bodapati, Prasad Tiruvalluri, Pradeep Nallimelli. The short teaser, which doesn't feature dialogues, suggests that the visuals are authentic. The film's Director of Photography is Sameer Reddy, while Madhu has edited the proceedings. With music by Arviz and Gideon Katta, the film has lyrics by Anantha Sriram. KS Chitra, Rahul Sipligunj, and Anupama Parameswaran have sung its songs, while Dakshin Srinivass has penned the dialogue. Art Direction is by Vijay Makkena.

As for Anupama, she is also doing '18 Pages', 'Kartikeya 2' and 'Helen' currently.
