With the advent of technology does come a barrage of problems as well. Especially youngsters and the old like have been falling prey to pornography in cell phones owing to the easy availability of the same. Well, some parents take it to an extreme level upon finding such behaviours in their children.

One such incident has happened in Hyderabad, where a boy’s father had reportedly chopped off his hands for repeatedly watching porn videos using his cell phone. The father Mohammad Quayyam Quereshi a butcher by profession had cut his son’s right hand, the part between the wrist and the elbow. Hearing the screams,the family members had rushed the boy to a hospital.

The son Mohammad Khalid Quereshi who is 18 years old works as an assistant in the local cable TV station. He was caught watching porn on Sunday and when his father obstructed he had retaliated and gone out of home. However he came back the next morning and argument ensued between the duo during which Mohammad chopped his hands.

The father has been booked under section 307 of Indian Penal Code (attempt to murder) and has been taken into custody. The doctors had said that the hand was 90% severed and the chances of restoring it to its original state is bleak.
