‘Aaranya Kaandam’ rewrote the way how crime thrillers should be made and a plethora of movies did take that path to achieve maximum success. A few movies will raise the expectations right from the poster release and carry the momentum till the movie release with a well planned teaser/trailer releases. ‘Burma’ falls into the above category and so far the team has executed everything brilliantly.
 
The team ‘Burma’ gets a major boost by their lead casts, Atul Kulkarni & Sampath. Apart from the lead starts rest of them are newcomers. The movie is directed by, Dharanidharan & Michael Thangadhurai is playing the role of a protagonist. Vivek Harshan, who had put the frames together for ‘Jigarthanda’ has edited this movie while Yuva has composed the songs. The songs and trailer garnered positive response and the people who are looking for some crispy, the Guy Ritchie’ish style flick is waiting for this movie.
 
There’s a good buzz around the social network; especially with college goers and youngsters for the movie and the movie might open well within the city limits. After the reviews and positive word of mouth the movie might spread its roots to B&C areas.
