Bunny

It must be the sternest test that the young Allu Arjun has ever faced in his life so far.

Things have been going swimmingly well for him since his gawky introduction in Gangothri. He was quick to learn from his mistakes, and in Arya, his second release, he had quickly smoothened the rough edges.

In place of gauche, lost-in-the-fair-look boy was a confident and smart youth. Arya was a revelation in many ways --- for Arjun and for the audience.

Arya was such a phenomenal hit last year that Allu Arjun now has a tough act to follow.

He says he hopes to match the expectations in Bunny.

Bunny, directed by VV Vinayak, is a typical exuberant candyfloss romantic flick. It has all the ingredients that a modern-day filmgoer would expect, says the director.

It is a fun film with lot of youth elements --- dance, comedy and fights.

Paired with Allu Arjun is Gowri Munjal, the girl from North India.

A former Miss Delhi University, she is a typical nineteen-year-old --- full of beans and attitude. And her character in the film is not very different.

The story revolves her and her love with Bunny --- incidentally Allu Arjun's real life nick name.

The film has plenty of chocolate moments as youthful romance will blow a cool breeze in the sultry summer of Andhra Pradesh.

The music of Devi Sri Prasad is also being talked of very highly. His new sounds in Arya were a major factor in the film's success. So it is hoped that he would continue in the same vein.

The film has high production values as Allu Aravind (Arjun's father) has not scrimped on any expense.

The best return for that expenditure will be carrots for Bunny.
