Allu Arjun, despite the success of films like Arya and Bunny, was seen as Allu Aravind's son.

That was his essential calling card. But Happy seems to have changed it all.

Now he seems to be much on his own. Happy has announced the arrival of Allu Arjun as a star in his own right.

Happy, a slight remake of the Tamil hit Azhagiya Theeye, has done well and is among the leading films of this year.

Happy, starring Genelia, has stood out for its clean comedy and feel-good nature.

The news is that the film has done wonderfully well in overseas market too and that Allu Arjun's dance has been considered chic and cool by the public.

Allu Arjun happy at the verdict on Happy is however taking the accolades in his stride.

He knows he has a long way to go and hence seems more focused now.

After all, now he has a reputation to live up to.
