Don’t be confused with the headline. Actually, somebody else has been confused by the title.

Tammareddy Bharadwaja who had evocatively named his new film as Bullet. Bullet, he must have felt, was too direct and too radical. Otherwise would he have gone for a change?

Bullet, we are told, has been rechristened as Pote Poni. And for good measure has the tag line ‘Ani Andaru Anukunte’

Produced and directed by Tammareddy Bharadwaja himself, stars Shiva Balaji and Sindhu Tolani in the leads. The film is about the problems and issues related to Naxals.

In the event, Bullet was a title too direct.

So he has bitten off the Bullet.
