The countdown's set! Jiiva's Mugamoodi is all set to grace worldwide screens come Friday (August 31). IndiaGlitz brings to you some interesting tidbits on the promising superhero flick!

The action sequences in 'Mugamoodi' required a special form of Chinese martial art called 'Wing Chun' which is a close combat self defense art. To achieve the authenticity of Wing Chun action sequences, all action sequences were choreographed by Tony Leung, a Wing Chun expert from Hong Kong.

Tony has 40 years of Wing Chun experience and has been an action director / choreographer in many Hong Kong action movies including the 2008 blockbuster martial arts movie IP Man, starring Donnie Yen. In addition, Tony has unique experience of having worked and sparred with Bruce Lee in 'Enter The Dragon'.

Tony and his team trained Jiiva, Narain, Selva and other fighters in Wing Chun and created 5 edge of the seat action sequences that are said to be some of the major highlights of the biggie.

'Mugamoodi' starring Jiiva, Narein, Pooja Hegde, is a film by Mysskin throwing light on the superhero within oneself. The film is produced by UTV Motion Pictures.
