'Josh' and 'Rangam' fame Karthika has acted as Allari Naresh's twin sister in the movie, 'Brother of Bommali'. Monal Gajjar is the heroine and 'Veedu Theda' fame B.Chinni is the director.

The censor work of the film has been completed and the film has received a U/A certificate. The film will be released on November 7th.

Ammiraju Kaanumilli, the producer of the film, said that the censor members have praised the film. "This film will be a milestone in the career of Allari Naresh. B.Chinni has directed the film as a hilarious comedy entertainer, which gives importance to the family values".

Harshavardhan Rane, Ali, Brahmanandam, Jayaprakash Reddy, Ali, Nagineedu, Vennela Kishore, Srinivasa Reddy, Abhimanyu Singh, Kelly Dorji etc acted in the movie. Sekhar Chandra is the music director.
