The film's storyline centers on Markandeyulu (Sai Dharam Tej), a work-focused individual who undergoes a transformation after meeting the Time God/Titan (Pawan Kalyan) following a tragic accident. Pawan Kalyan did BRO, to help his nephew Sai Tej to find his mark and footing at the box office as he met with a dreadful bike accident a year back. Samuthirakhani went on record that he realised his dream of doing a film and directing it with Pawan Kalyan.
