Britney Spears publicly called out her boyfriend, Paul Richard Soliz, on Instagram Sunday and then stated she is "single as f-k."

The pop icon blasted Soliz on her Instagram Stories, criticizing his behavior in a paparazzi photo taken after she settled her conservatorship dispute in April. "Why was he going 90 in a neighborhood with one pap following only to roll the window down when the pap pulled to the side of me??" Spears, 42, asked her followers. "Then he calls his mom and says he's being harassed. Why would he roll the window down with me bawling in the seat?"

Spears then uploaded a mysterious quotation stating, "Her attitude is savage, but her heart is gold." Following this, she confirmed her single status, adding in a since-deleted caption, "I will never be with another man as long as I live!!!"

News of Spears' romance with Soliz, 38, came in September 2023, after her divorce from Sam Asghari. Sources informed Page Six in May 2024 that Spears' loved ones were "concerned" about her affair with Soliz, who has received many misdemeanor crimes and at least one felony. "He's been bad news from the start," a source added.

The couple made news following an apparent incident at West Hollywood's Chateau Marmont, where they were photographed surrounded by first responders. Spears later slammed paramedics for "illegally" showing presents and claimed their fight was "fake," stating her foot injury originated from a failed leap.

Soliz's ex-wife, Nicole Mancilla, dubbed him a "deadbeat" cheater with at least nine children. Mancilla claimed in the Daily Mail, "He was married, and now he denies his children," saying he ignores his kids for Spears.

Spears spent one year married to 30-year-old Asghari before Soliz. After six years together, the couple—who met on the "Slumber Party" music video set—wed in Spears's Los Angeles house in June 2022. Although Asghari is a cast member on the forthcoming "Traitors," he cannot discuss Spears on the show because of a nondisclosure agreement.
