British crocodile expert Adam Britton was given a 249-year prison term by an Australian court. This is a shocking and upsetting case. This 52-year-old man admitted to 60 charges, some of which were animal abuse and bestiality.

Britton did horrible things to dogs, like beating, sexually abusing, and killing them, and he recorded it all on video. He killed 39 dogs by going after pets whose owners couldn't afford to take care of them. These things were done in a shipping container that was by itself near his home in Darwin.

It came out during the trial that Britton has "paraphilia," a mental illness that causes them to have intense, recurring, and upsetting sexual dreams. Even though Britton said he was sorry during his psychological evaluation, Crown lawyer Marty Aust pointed out that he enjoyed his crimes and said that recording the abuse took a lot of planning and production.

The movies were posted on social media by Britton under the name "Monster." His wife Erin didn't know about his secret life. Now that she's changed her name, there's no sign that she knew what he did.

Britton was caught in April 2022 after a tip from a stranger helped police figure out who he was. He was born in Yorkshire, England. The police were able to find him because one of his videos showed a dog carrying a leash that said "City of Darwin."
