One Directionâs lead British singer Zayn Malik has recently re-emerged after taking an extensive break from the entertainment industry. As he prepares to release his new album Love Like This , Malik surprised his fans by making a rare appearance on Spotify's podcast, where he opened up about his personal life. Known for being private about his personal affairs he spoke candidly about One Direction, Gigi Hadid and their daughter Khai Hadid Malik for the first time in this particular interview. Acknowledging how fatherhood has reshaped his priorities significantly Malik emphasized the importance of setting a positive example for his daughter.
When asked about One Direction, Zayn Malik mentioned that the band members got sick of one another after being together for 5 years. And now he cherishes the memories he had with this team.
His decision to discuss these intimate matters on the podcast stemmed from his desire to serve as a role model for Khai and extend love and support towards her as her father figure. For those who are unfamiliar with their history together Zayn Malik was previously involved in a long term relationship with esteemed American model Gigi Hadid that lasted roughly six years from late 2015 to October 2021.
They welcomed their daughter Khai Hadid Malik in September 2020 but decided to part ways a year later in October 2021 due to allegations of misconduct directed at Malik against Gigi Hadid's mother, Yolanda Hadid. Regardless of their separation both Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid put their daughters' well being above all else and are committed to successfully co parenting Khai. Their unwavering dedication is evident as they continue to provide a nurturing and stable environment for their child, who will be turning 3 this September.
