Don’t believe us? You will soon. The buzz around the Kollywood circles strongly suggest that the teen British beauty, Amy Jackson will soon be filling screen space in Kollywood opposite Arya in the Vijay directed film ‘Madhrasapattinam’.

Amy has classic Asian features – dark hair and a milky complexion which very recently fetched her the coveted Miss Teen World title. The sixteen year old was spotted by ‘Kireedom’ director Vijay, which made him sign her up for his next film ‘Madhrasapattinam’. The film will see Amy donning the character of an English girl. The back drop of the film is set up in the pre-independent India.

The film, from what we have heard so far, looks like a love story between a young English girl and a lad from Madras. Amy was selected after successfully completing the screen test. The film has started rolling and the team is currently shooting in Bangalore.

If this works out for young Amy and if she tastes success in Kollywood then it will be one splendid ride for the Brit beauty in southern India.
