During the promotion of her latest movie in India, English actress Amy Jackson had the privilege of visiting Isha Yoga to meet the spiritual leader, Sadhguru, in Coimbatore, India. The actress shared glimpses from the meeting and expressed her experience.

Reflecting on the encounter with Sadhguru, she posted, A privileged moment in Coimbatore with @sadhguru - one of the most inspiring visionaries of our time. In between our movie promotions for Mission, we had the opportunity to visit Isha Yoga and meet with the creator himself, learning about his mission concerning holistic well-being and sustainable causes, all of which is having a hugely positive impact on the world we live in.

While spending time with Sadhguru, we discussed various subjects, from raising HAPPY, healthy children to the world's future mental health crisis, and the importance of creating an environment that fosters well-being for ourselves. Mindful eating was a significant talking point, emphasizing the connection between the food we consume and the health of the soil it comes from - currently in a deeply concerning state, leading Sadhguru to embark on a 100-day 'motorcycle mission' to save the soil!
