K Bhagiyaraj, one of the multifaceted personalities of Tamil cinema, is back with 'Siddu Plus 2 First Attempt'. This time, his aim is to position his son Santhanu firm in the tinsel town.

The movie features Santhanu and actress Chandini. It revolves around a young lad and a girl who belong to different cities. They run away from their homes after they fail in the Plus Two examinations. Both of them meet each other and what happens after that has been narrated in a jovial manner.

Speaking about the film, Bhagiyaraj says, "Though Santhanu is just a film-old, he was impressive on screen. The movie has come out well and will be lapped up by youngsters."

On his part, Santhanu says, "Though my father is a filmmaker whom I grew up watching, I had a fear when I started to work. He is a thorough professional and knows how to extract the best out of me".

Describing Bhagiyaraj as her mentor, Chandini said, "It is a great learning experience to be acting in his film. He taught me the basics of acting and sharpened my skills".

The movie produced by K Bhagiyaraj himself will be presented by Moser Baer. Music is by Dharan.
