The Brahmotsavam team will be filming in Delhi for twelve days from March 1. The film was supposed to be released on April 29, but due to some reasons, the film will be released only on May 31, which is Superstar Krishna's birthday. The film is currently being shot in Ramoji Film City and the current schedule will go on till Feb 25. Apart from scenes on Mahesh, Pranitha, and Samantha, portions featuring Mahesh, Rao Ramesh, and Sathyaraj have been shot in the RFC schedule.

Recently, the overseas theatrical rights of Mahesh Babu's family entertainer were sold for an astronomical amount. Classic Entertainments clinched the deal for an amount of Rs. 13 cr.

Since Brahmotsavam is almost officially out of the April race, more space has been created for films like Sarrainodu, A.. Aa.., and a couple of small-ticket films like Aithe 2.0.
