Brahmanandam hasn't been going great of late. It can be said that it has been over a year since the ace comedina hasn't had a memorable role. In fact, Brahmi has bored more than entertained mainly because of the routine roles he has been offered. Even in a super hit film like Soggade Chinni Nayana, his role of a fake godman was found to be so-so. In Garam, the role of an alien, who names himself Mr. Goooogle, has failed to impress the audience.

Come Feb 19, Brahmi fans may well have an entertaining day. In Sunil starrer Krishnashtami, the inimitable comedian will be seen as a selfie maniac. We have seen a selfie fight already (Speedunnodu), but this is the first time that we are in for a selfie-crazy comedian. He will be seen posting selfies at the drop of a hat. Looks like this inncuous habit will invite some funny troubles for him.

Let's hope that Brahmi will strike back in the coming months with more and more rib-tickling roles ahoy.
