The challenging star and the current 'Boss' of Kannada cinema, Darshan celebrated his birthday while shooting in the sets, on February 16th at Bangalore. There fanfare was meager and Darshan cut the cake first during shooting with his team members of Rockline Production film in the morning.

As the shooting proceeded to Aragini office on Dr. Rajakumar Road, producer Rockline Venkatesh made arrangements for cake cutting by the birthday boy, Darshan. Darshan brimming with happiness over the affection showered by his producers and colleagues celebrated his b'day in the presence of producer Ramesh Yadav, Srinivasamurthy, Rockline Venkatesh and director N Om Prakash Rao. The proprietor of Aragini group of publications T.Venkatesh was also present during this occasion.

Work is worship. Darshan believes in this adage. That was evident by his birthday celebration event which took place in his workplace.
