Yeah, of late talks in the town is that Emraan Hashmi will spook everyone by playing the role of a ghost in ‘Raaz 3’.

And it is said that to get into the perfect look, the actor is wearing prosthetic makeup. Oooohh la la, a sexy ghost indeed!
