Bommarillu - Who has got it?

  • IndiaGlitz, [Monday,August 28 2006]

This is the season of Bommarillu. There is no escaping the movie. Hence, there is no escaping the news about the film.

The question is now is who has the got the film’s remake rights in Tamil.

Reports from Tamil Nadu a couple of days ago had suggested that Vijay (who is a regular on the remake circuit) had bagged the rights for this sensational hit.

But it now emerges that it may not be the case.

Sources say the rights are still to be formally taken over. But there is every likelihood that Dil Raju along with Prakash Raj, who played a pivotal role in the movie, may get to make it in Tamil.

However, no one is willing to say anything on record officially.

Sources also insist there is a clamor for the director’s role.

But again, Bhaskar is in the van for that.
