The team of 'Detective Byomkesh Bakshy' attended Comic Con Conference, which was attended by a lot of interesting filmmakers. However, very few people know that Dibakar Banerjee has earned his slot at Comic Con.

Sources close to the film reveal that there was a conflict for a prime slot at the Comic Con between the makers of Sherlock and the makers of Detective Byomkesh Bakshy. There has been a lot of tussle between the two teams as both wanted the same slots.

One cannot ignore the fact that both detectives are extremely popular and iconic characters - Sherlock internationally and Bomkyesh home grown.

At the event, Dibakar Banerjee spoke about the influences that shaped the style and look of his film. The event also provided an opportunity for the illustrators taking part at the comic con to show their works and get a feedback from the director.
