'Bombay Talkies' - An ode to cinema by 4 filmmakers

After ‘Student of the Year’, Karan Johar returns to direction with ‘Bombay Talkies’. The forthcoming love story has Rani Mukherji and Randeep Hooda in lead along with Saqib Siddhique in a pivotal role.

Set in realistic backdrop of Mumbai the film started shooting recently in real locations. KJo, who is known for shooting abroad, with ‘Bombay Talkies’ gets into the streets and real location.

While the filmmaker and Rani are coming together a after a long gap,Karan would be directing Randeep Hooda for the first time.

Interestingly ‘Bombay Talkies’ is a landmark feature film of this year releasing on the centenary date 3 May when we complete 100 years of cinema.

‘Bombay Talkies’ is an ode to cinema by four prolific film makers - Zoya Akhtar, Dibarkar Bannerji, Anurag Kashyap and Karan Johar.
