Mahesh Babu recently stated that he won't make a Bollywood debut because the Hindi film industry can't afford him. Since then, his comments have been widely quoted everywhere.

Bollywood producer Mukesh Bhatt has backed the actor. “If Bollywood can’t afford his price, it is very good. I wish him all the best. I respect where he comes from," Bhatt has been quoted as saying. He also suggested that Mahesh is well within his rights to believe that Bollywood can't work to his expectations.

Earlier today, the superstar clarified that he respects all film industries. He hinted that his remarks have been blown out of proportion. After all, his film to be directed by SS Rajamouli is going to be a pan-India one.

Meanwhile, 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' is hitting the screens this Thursday. Releasing on thousands of screens, the Parasuram Petla directorial has Samuthirakani as the villain. Sowmya Menon is rumoured to be playing a suspenseful role in the action entertainer. Thaman has composed the music to Ananth Sriram's lyrics.
