Hindi entertainment industry suffered a huge unexpected blow today. Actor and television presenter Siddharth Shukla passed away after experiencing a heart attack. He was massively popular among fans for his performances in shows like 'Balika Vadhu', 'Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na' and others. He also had a supporting role in Varun Dhawan's film 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya'.

A senior official from Cooper Hospital said, "He was brought dead to the hospital some time ago." A doctor from the forensic team shared, "Initial report indicates that he died of a heart attack. We, however, won't be able to confirm the cause of his death until we complete the post mortem."

The demise of this 40 year old actor has shocked fans as well as his peers in the industry. Actor Manoj Bajpayee tweeted, "OMG!!! This is So Shocking!!! Words will fail to describe the shock and sense of loss of his near and dear ones !!! May he rest in peace !!! No yaar !!!!"
Sunil Grover expressed his grief by writing, "Shocked and sad to know about Sidharth Shukla. Gone too soon. Prayers. Rest in peace." Nimrat Kaur wrote, "Heartfelt condolences to the loved ones of late Sidharth Shukla. Terribly shocking and distressing news…."
